A Realtor since 1976 and a Broker since 1978, Jimmy is a llife-long resident of Shelbyville and has more than 28 years experience as an auctioneer. He married his former next-door neighbor Melissa. Together they are the proud parents of Angi, Josh and Joey. Avid fans of local sports, they are active members of the Bell Buckle United Methodist Church.
Chuck Gunn has been in the real estate and auction business since 1989, and has developed a good knowledge of the rural and residential real estate market. After growing up in the Bell Buckle, Fosterville and Christiana areas, he married Mary (Redden) Gunn. They have two daughters, Amy and Mary Beth. Active in the community, Chuck helped found a local chapter of Habitat for Humanity in Bedford County and remains an active board member. He is a graduate of Leadership Bedford and is an active member of the United Methodist Church in Bell Buckle.
The son of a broker and auctioneer, Josh has an instinctual knowledge of local markets. After earning a business degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2002, he is both a liscensed realtor and general contractor. He is married to Carrie Brooke (Taylor), a popular guidance counselor at Eakin Elementary. They are parents to four-year old son Nate.
